Fishing (2018)

Description:

β€œA young man (Lucas McNamara), shattered by the death of his younger brother, returns to a once lively dock in Long Beach, New York. While lightly casting into the cold channel, ripe with guilt and grief, he is interrupted by Josh (Chris Nielsen), who is also struggling with loss. The two quickly discover a connection between themselves and the dock, and, through a conversation, reconcile with their despair, and learn how to move on.”

Coronavirus Around the World (2020)

This podcast centers on the Coronavirus at large, with a focus on different stories from individuals fighting on the front lines against the pandemic. Our coverage ranges from the New York area to Spain, Japan, and China. In this segment, the two hosts connect the various news cycles surrounding the Coronavirus Pandemic, and the concept of returning to normal at some point in the future. A question is raised about β€œnormal”, and what normal will actually consist of when the pandemic concludes. Will it be the same as before? Or, will it be a β€œnew” normal, where every routine and standard is flipped on its head? These questions are woven throughout the segment, with a realization among the two hosts serving as a poignant conclusion.
